5:30 Come early for the opportunity to mingle, view the upcoming trips and visit with the Trip Coordinators
7:00 Meeting begins--in addition to the General Meeting, the Trip Coordinators will also be giving presentations
Servers will be available throughout the evening to take your food and drink orders whenever you’re ready.
If you do not plan on eating or spending less than $25.00, please bring cash.
We will have the entire restaurant due to the number of people expected.
Please carpool, if possible, because of limited parking.
