Transportation to and from resort on Land Packages
Transfers between airports and hotels are arranged for the main group and are coordinated with the main group’s flight itineraries. It is incumbent upon the participants to adhere to this recommendation, cost for off schedule transportation will be the responsibility of the participant.
Roommate requirement
It is the responsibility of the participant to identify a qualified roommate. The Trip Coordinator will aid, however, if a roommate is not identified prior to trip cancellation date, the participant has the option to pay for a single supplement if available or cancel less club cancellation fee before final payment.

The fun doesn’t stop when you step off the slopes. This vibrant town offers an array of activities and attractions to keep you entertained throughout your stay. ACCOMODATIONS
We will be staying at the prime ski-in/ski-out lodgings at Beaver Run. Many of you have stayed at this ideal location with us in the past and have experienced the convenience of hitting the slopes directly from the property with the Beaver Run SuperChair, a dedicated lift without the need for other transportation along with free onsite ski-lockers
Our deluxe two-bedroom condominiums are well appointed and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a day of outdoor activities. Each condo features a full kitchen, a full bath for every two occupants, Other amenities include high speed wireless internet, wood-burning fireplaces with free firewood and delivery. The property also features 2 heated pools and 9 hot tubs for après ski fun, arcade and game room, fitness center, a spa and its own mountain plaza area with a choice of slope-side dining, ski & ride school, rental and retail shops.
Beaver Run also offers it’s own shuttle service which is free to all guests to enjoy everything Breckenridge has to offer in the downtown/historic district. Beaver Run also has its own bus stop for the public Breckenridge Freeride bus transit service.

Unlike years in the past, the Space City Ski Club won’t be selling lift tickets for this trip. Instead, you can purchase Epic Passes at the prices shown above direct from our Tour Operator, Sports America using this link: https://www.sportsamerica.com/epic-spacecity . Do not purchase the Keystone Pass Plus previously announced for this trip. It is not valid for the dates we are travelling. If you are going on any of the other trips with the Club to Epic locations, the Tahoe Local Pass is the best deal.

MORE THAN JUST GREAT SKIING
This trip also has plenty more to offer off the slopes. Breckenridge is a town with a fascinating history rooted in gold mining during the 1800s and has evolved into Colorado’s largest historic district, known for its captivating mountain community and Victorian charm. It has rightfully earned the reputation of being the “perfect mountain town” boasting over 200 businesses for shopping, excellent dining options, and vibrant nightlife. Additionally, our trip will feature a Club Welcome party, apres-ski get-togethers, and coincide with both the Super Bowl and Valentine’s Day, making our week-long stay even more memorable.
EQUIPMENT RENTALS
There is a Breck Sports rental shop conveniently located in the lobby of Beaver Run where we will get up to 20% off rentals. Exact details will be provided later as we finalize plans for the trip.
Online registration for Breckenridge begins August 28, 2023!! Make certain that your membership and online profile are up to date on https://www.spacecity.org/ as tears will not help once the trip is sold out. However, a waiting list will be available for those without tears.
